A. Movie Duplication
A duplication service for both CDs and DVDs is available at the EMC office. All movies and files duplication requests are subject to copyright restrictions and the EMC reserves the right to refuse any duplication request if there is any question regarding copyright. One should present a USB or any device to save their desired movie.

B. Request-a-movie
A student or a teacher can request a movie to be additional part of the EMC collection. She has to secure a request form from the office. The movie should be in significance and suitability to the subject matter.

C. Preview area
A teacher or a student can preview a movie at the EMC-1 during his / her vacant time.

D. Online collection
All CDs and DVDs title are available and searchable in the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) of our Library. Outside user can access this through visiting the Library services in the school’s website htcgsc.edu.ph.

E. Checking Out of EMC AV Materials and Equipment:
1. All AV materials/equipment for check out should be used exclusively by the HTC administration, faculty, staff and officially enrolled students. They are to be used solely for class presentations, film viewings, meetings and other school-related activities. The use of EMC AV materials/equipment shall be limited only within school premises and designated site of school-sanctioned activities.

2. Students, faculty and staff may check out AV material/equipment for short and extended check outs. If the borrower wishes to extend the use of such equipment, he/she should inform the EMC staff on or before the scheduled time.

3. AV material/equipment must be checked out by EMC Staff. The EMC staff will facilitate in transporting and the installation of the borrowed equipment to avoid damage and inappropriate operation of such equipment.

4. All equipment that is checked out should be thoroughly inspected for damage and/or missing parts and accessories. Check to make sure that the equipment is working properly before the borrower leaves the EMC office.
