| Reservation on AV Materials and Equipment |
| 1. A student/teacher/staff who wishes to borrow any EMC AV materials/ equipment must coordinate with the EMC staff two (2) days before the scheduled time to check the availability of such equipment. S/He will also fill up a reservation form to ensure that the requested material/equipment is available. |
