| EMC 1 –It located in the underground building underneath the Home Economics building (H.E.). Its large Audio-visual room has a capacity and limited for 64 - 75 people. The area can be of use for PowerPoint presentations, lectures, presentations, film viewing, seminar, etc. It is equipped with computer, projector and an enhanced sound system. This room is scheduled for use. EMC 2 – This room is designed for a huge group event with a capacity of 200-250people. It is equipped with computer, projector and sound system. A booking form must be secured from the EMC office. Chairs, tables and other equipment are must be coordinated at the SMO (Supply Management Office) through a letter approved by the EMC-Media Specialist and of the Vice-Pres. for Administration. Request should be done at least 2 or 3 days before the activity. |
