| Fines and Penalties: |
| 1. Failure to return the equipment on time will mean that the borrower will be charged P50.00 per hour. The borrower will be given 15 minutes time allowance in returning the equipment. 2. The borrower must accept all the responsibility for the safe and appropriate operation of all borrowed AV materials/equipment and for ensuring that the borrowed AV materials/equipment is in good condition. Any loss, theft, and/or damage to the equipment will be charged to the borrower who shall be responsible for replacement/reimbursement/repair of such equipment. |
